Ordering Process
Learn how to place an order and what to expect!
1. Gather Your Details
Before submitting your request, please have as much of the following information as possible:
- Inspiration photos (if applicable)
- Event date
- Item type (cake topper, charm, sign, decal, etc.)
- Preferred material and color
- View options HERE
- Desired dimensions, approximate is okay!
- Exact wording (including capitalization and punctuation)
- Preferred font (or inspiration)
- For suggested fonts check HERE
- Any deadlines or special requests
The more information you provide, the more accurate your quote will be.
2. Submit your request
Complete the inquiry form with your project details. If I have questions or recommendations, I’ll reach out before moving forward.
3. Review & Quote
Once I review your request, I’ll provide:
- Recommended sizing
- Material suggestions
- Color options
- Final quote
- Estimated completion date
If adjustments are needed, we’ll finalize everything before production begins.
4. Pickup
You’ll receive a message when your order is ready. Most orders are porch pickup unless otherwise arranged.
Pricing
Due to the custom nature of each order, listed prices are intended as starting estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing your specific design, materials, size, and any customization requests. Production will not begin until the final quote has been approved.
You’ll always receive a final quote before any work begins, there are no surprise charges.
Multiple items using the same material and setup may qualify for discounted pricing.
Prices below reflect common projects and serve as a starting point for estimating your order. Final pricing is based on material, size, design complexity, and production time.
